Members only

Circle is for members, by invitation. You join through an invite link from a member. You see listings from sellers within two invites of you, and they see yours.

Circle is offered to members in India and the Gulf (the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman).

You are responsible for who you invite. If someone you invite misuses the app, we may limit or remove your invites.

What Circle does, and does not do

Circle only connects people. Every sale, price, payment and delivery is between the buyer and the seller. Circle takes no payment, is not a party to any sale, and gives no warranty on any goods. Check what you buy, and pay the seller directly.

Food

Sellers of food are responsible for FSSAI registration and for food safety. Home food sellers need FSSAI Basic Registration. A seller who has an FSSAI number must state it on the listing.

What you may not list

• No reselling of commercial goods. List what you make or grow.
• No illegal items, and nothing that is unsafe.
• No spam, and no advertising for anything other than your own listings.

Reports and moderation

Report misuse from any listing page. We may hide listings and suspend members, with or without notice, when these terms are broken or when we think a listing is unsafe.

Your account

Keep your phone number current; it is how you sign in. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy).

Changes

The operator may change these terms. The date at the top changes when they do; a change that matters is announced to members by WhatsApp.

Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes go to the courts in Bengaluru.
